Job description
Allied Universal® is hiring an Operations Support Manager. The Operations Support Manager will lead emergency response operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless communication in high-pressure situations. Drive efficiency by managing resources, contracts, and training programs while maintaining client relations and ensuring operational success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take charge of operations during emergency responses, making quick, decisive actions to manage and mitigate risk while ensuring safety and well-being of all involved
- Collaborate with external vendors, internal teams, and clients to meet urgent needs, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving during high-pressure scenarios
- Coordinate and manage logistics, ensuring efficient scheduling of resources and critical supplies
- Respond to client requests on short notice, often with minimal preparation time, to ensure the continuity of operations
- Develop and maintain operating procedures and contract compliance
- Evaluate and identify training needs, address gaps, and implement training programs
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and accounts receivables/collections
- Review, submit, and correct subcontractor invoices to Accounts Payable
- Oversee job scheduling in WinTeam, maintain payroll accuracy and track subcontractor pay
- Travel up to 25% of the time
Requirements
Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, + Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Criminal Justice, or related field of study
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Criminal Justice or related field of study with a minimum of four (4) years of operations or logistics experience
- High School diploma with a minimum of six (6) years of operations or logistics experience
- Prior work experience as a team leader
- Minimum of two (2) of operations or logistics experience
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and build strategic vision
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and leadership collaboration
- Ability to multitask, assess situations, and identify critical issues quickly
- Calm and professional under pressure, with a focus on logical solutions
- Effective research, evaluation, and analysis skills to deliver clear, accurate reports, * Former Military or law enforcement background
- Bachelor’s degree in protective service, business, or related field
- Previous verifiable private/corporate security experience
- Working knowledge of WinTeam
