Job description

  • Facilitation of Scrum meetings such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coaching the team in agile practices and methods to maximize productivity and remove obstacles.
  • Supporting the Product Owner in creating and prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring the team understands the requirements.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
  • Working with the team to identify and manage technical debt and ensuring it is addressed in the sprints.
  • Supporting the implementation of best practices in quality assurance, e.g., through test automation and continuous integration.
  • Assisting the team in handling the complexity of robotics projects by breaking down tasks into manageable units.
  • Promoting collaboration between various disciplines such as mechanics, electronics, and software development.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in a technical environment or in robotics.

  • Deep understanding of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent coaching and team facilitation skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ideally also in German.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical contexts clearly.
