  • Experience level 7+ Years
  • Experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Automotive background is a must
  • Experience with embedded systems
  • Familiarity with Engineering or software development
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement)
  • Good knowledge of other Agile
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Scrum master certification is a plus
