IT Asset Lifecycle Coordinator - On Site Washington DC

· High school diploma with 2 years customer service experience and competency using Microsoft Office Suite.

· Must be able to assist with the movement or lifting of small items up to 40 lbs., if required.

· Experience using an automated financial system such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or Deltek a plus.

· Perform daily asset lifecycle transactions in automated financial system.

· Complete inventory reconciliations in accordance with department inventory desktop procedures.

· Demonstrate proficiency in communicating asset information with Member offices and external agencies to facilitate accurate inventory reports.

· Possess ability to understand company policy relating to Asset Management.

· Demonstrate professional communication abilities, including interacting effectively with high-profile clients.

· Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

· The ability to communicate both verbally and in business writing effectively

· The ability to take clear, accurate, and organized notes

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
