Job description

· Receive, assess, and validate incoming equipment / furniture for accuracy and condition based on purchase orders.

· Promptly report discrepancies and initiate return-ship procedures for damaged items.

· Handle customer’s property with care, promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor.

· Maintain a secure environment for warehouse and storage rooms.

· Perform warehouse and storage room activities, ensuring compliance with OSHA codes and safety regulations.

· Work independently on projects, exercising good judgment, and report progress, results, and issues to management.

· Remove, inventory, and stage excess equipment and customers items for disposal.

· Ensure proper destruction or sanitization of computer hard drives following established procedures.

· Safely and carefully transport and properly store furniture, furnishings, office equipment, and other related House items/property between warehouses.

· Proven experience providing excellent customer service to high-profile customers.

· Adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of safety shoes.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Warehouse safety compliance?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, · Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a background check.

· Excellent customer service / ability to work with high profile customers

· Strong English oral and written communication skills

· Entry level knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· Minimum High School Graduate or GED with 1 year experience in asset management, logistics, warehouse operations, and/or inventory

· Must be mobile and able to assist with moving or lifting items up to 75 lbs. Be flexible in working hours, maintain a professional appearance, and follow directions.

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals., * Are you a US Citizen?
