Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is seeking an Information Systems Analyst to become an integral part of our dedicated team. This position is instrumental in advancing the College’s vision and mission by providing exceptional customer service and unwavering support to our campus community. The role involves a diverse array of technical and analytical responsibilities that contribute to the development of both user and system requirements. Key duties include routine testing, installation, and maintenance of college systems, along with ample opportunities for professional growth and learning in a dynamic environment., Duty and Responsibility: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users, responding to help desk requests and resolving hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues promptly. Duty and Responsibility: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems. Duty and Responsibility: Prepares and configures workstations for use, which includes transferring files, installing software, and testing compatibility. Duty and Responsibility: Transports, deploys, and moves computer stations and peripheral devices. Duty and Responsibility: Installs and troubleshoots printers and other peripherals; resolves connectivity issues. Duty and Responsibility: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary. Duty and Responsibility: Participate in IT projects, including system deployments, migrations, and technology rollouts. Duty and Responsibility: Coordinate with other IT team members to deliver seamless technology solutions across the organization. Duty and Responsibility: Document technical procedures, system configurations, and problem resolutions for future reference. Duty and Responsibility: Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist with procurement processes. Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience providing technical support within an IT environment, showcasing proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Preferred Education/Experience/Skills: Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge in diagnosing hardware issues and performing basic repairs on personal computers, printers, and related devices.
- Knowledge of computers and related software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
