Computer Systems Analyst I

Hexaware seeks Computer Systems Analyst I to work in Iselin, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to participate in discussions with users to identify system problems and organizational needs. Analyze requirements and design new or modified systems and procedures to meet user requirements. Prepare technical design documents. Maintain, monitor, and deploy computer programs and systems. Support, troubleshoot, and test to ensure quality and function of solutions. Train users on computer systems and programs. Assess existing software solutions and adapt them to end-user needs. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field, plus two years of IT experience. The two years must include one year of experience with any one of the following skill sets:

• PowerBI, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server;

• Oracle, SQL Server, and Confluence; OR

• PowerShell, Python, and T-SQL.

In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) earned through any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Domestic travel and relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US may be required up to and no more than 10%, based on Hexaware’s business needs, and will be reimbursed by employer.
