? Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite technical professionals ? Design, develop, and implement scalable NetSuite solutions ? Drive NetSuite configuration, customization, and third-party integrations ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions ? Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices ? Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions ? Support Agile delivery and mentor team members through knowledge sharing
