Job description
This role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving hardware and software of the organization.
- Basic Hardware Knowledge:
- Must be able to set up a computer (monitor, keyboard, as well as other equipment).
- Must be able to troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices.
- Must be able to troubleshoot basic server and network issues for devices.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Networking equipment (troubleshooting support)?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and display understanding of Microsoft’s core applications and operating systems (Office, RDP, as well as other systems).
- Exhibit ability to manage users in Active Directory.
- Communicate with team members and outside contractors/providers with clarity and in a professional and timely manner.
- Tracks, monitors, and resolves tickets in ticketing system.
- Exhibits excellent customer service that results in team member positive perception and satisfaction with IT experience.

- Track and monitor inventory.
- Display and exhibit ability to work on a team and communicate effectively.
- Uphold and incorporate the core values, mission, and philosophy of Pediatrics Plus into all job responsibilities.
- Participate in one-on-one meetings with leader.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents.
- Ability to author routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code.
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Travel will be required.
Education/Certification/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ experience in a related field, preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of Arkansas.
