Job description
UST is searching for Workday Certified Time & Absence Consultant who will provide expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite, with deep expertise and experience with Absence & Time Tracking.
The opportunity:

Lead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients

Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday

Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions

Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge

Communicate clearly and concisely. Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects

Work with team members to address complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support

Facilitate clients intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices

Requirements

Current Workday Partner Absence and/or Time Tracking Certification
-
4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
-
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience
-
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company

Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications

Demonstrated project management experience

Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking

Passion for providing exceptional customer service

Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
-
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously a plus
Benefits & conditions
$60,000-$90,000 life insurance, vision insurance, flexible benefit account, paid holidays, sick time, 401(k), retirement plan United States, Florida, Orlando Jun 30, 2026 Role description, Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws., Compensation range: $ 60,000.00 to 90,000.00 per year
