Workday Senior Certified Recruiting Consultant

UST is searching for a Workday Senior Certified Recruiting Consultant who will provide expertise in the Workday HCM suite with a focus on recruiting.

The opportunity:

• Lead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients

• Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday

• Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions

• Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge

• Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support

• Collaborate and communicate effectively on team-based projects

• Facilitate clients intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices

• Current Workday Partner HCM and/or Recruiting certification

• 2 - 4+ years of WD configuration and implementation experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company

• Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications

• Demonstrated project management experience

• Functional human resources experience

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service

• Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities

• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

• Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus

• Expected travel is +/-20% depending on project, workday,workday hcms,workday integration,human capital management

$60,000-$90,000 life insurance, vision insurance, flexible benefit account, paid holidays, sick time, 401(k), retirement plan United States, Florida, Orlando Jun 30, 2026 Role description, Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below., Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
