Job description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions. Support and enhance the organization’’s Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure and reporting capabilities. Work within a Power BI and Databricks environment to deliver reliable and efficient data solutions. Collaborate with analytics, business, and technology teams to support data-driven decision-making. Develop and optimize data models, ETL/ELT processes, and data workflows. Leverage Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to improve data processing and business insights. Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and security across data platforms. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, performance issues, and system reliability. Participate in the design and implementation of the organization’’s Data Center of Excellence (COE). Stay current with emerging data engineering technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Strong experience in Data Engineering and Business Intelligence environments. Hands-on expertise with Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analytics. Advanced experience with Power BI including data modeling and integration. Experience building and managing ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows. Knowledge of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) concepts and their integration into data platforms. Strong SQL and data modeling skills. Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based data platforms. Understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and analytics frameworks. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Experience participating in the establishment or growth of a Data Center of Excellence (COE) is highly desirable. Familiarity with modern data governance, data quality, and security practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and evolving technology environment. Self-motivated with a passion for emerging data technologies and continuous learning. Experience supporting analytics, reporting, and advanced data initiatives. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Ability to balance technical execution with business priorities and objectives.
