Job description

MissionEdge Technologies is seeking a CNO Developer to support advanced cyber operations by developing, integrating, and prototyping innovative capabilities. In this role, you will design, code, test, and debug software, research software and device vulnerabilities, build prototype demonstrations, document technical findings, and collaborate with customers and engineering teams to deliver cutting edge CNO tools in support of mission objectives., * Providing embedded operations support, capability integration, and rapid prototyping in support of our customer.

  • Designing and coding software components, units, and modules to meet product specifications and development schedules for clients/customers.
  • Testing and debugging software components and units.
  • Adhering to product build and release schedules and strategies.
  • Documenting and presenting findings.
  • Developing software prototype demonstrations.
  • Doing independent research into software and device vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborating with headquarters and local customers to develop and integrate cutting-edge CNO tools.

Requirements

  • Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline and 12+ years of experience; or a master’s degree and 10+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of one or more platforms and operating systems and of programming languages such as Windows, Linux, C/C++ and Python.
  • Assembly experience (any platform/processor)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced mission environments
  • Ability to identify and escalate operational risks early

Desired/Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting USCYBERCOM, NSA, DoD cyber operations, or related mission environments
  • Experience doing Software Development, Reverse Engineering, and Vulnerability Analysis
  • Experience on at least two of the following platforms: Linux, Windows, Mobile
  • Experience in Cyber Security, AI/ML, cloud computing, full-stack development
  • CySA+, or GICSP, or GSEC, or SSCP (DoD 8570/8140 IAT level II certification), May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday., Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.

Benefits & conditions

Candidates are invited to submit their salary expectations along with their application. The compensation for this role will be competitive and is aligned with industry standards, taking into consideration factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. The base salary range for this position is $150 ,200 to $188,700 (USD), exclusive of any discretionary bonuses and benefits., Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.
