• Architect technical report specifications and templates using BI Publisher and Query Manager to support financial operations.
• Integrate datasets across disparate modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Project Costing.
• Optimize SQL query performance and indexing strategies to enhance the runtime of high-volume enterprise reports.
• Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing to validate reporting output and data integrity.
• Produce technical documentation encompassing data dictionaries, report inventories, design specifications, and test plans.
• Resolve complex reporting defects and system incidents via structured Level 2 Service Desk support protocols.
• Implement digital content updates to ensure all reporting deliverables maintain compliance with accessibility and branding standards.

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise financial reporting and technical consultative services for large-scale ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in SAP Business Objects for constructing complex, cross-module analytical reports and data visualizations.
• Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 reporting utilities including BI Publisher, Query Manager, and PS/Query.
• Experience in analyzing complex data structures, table relationship diagrams, and effective dating logic.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and structured data integration processes.
• Experience with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and remediating digital products for regulatory compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering technical presentations and coordinating with stakeholders.
