Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant

We are looking for a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant with strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and planning model development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and supporting Workday Adaptive Planning solutions across finance and workforce planning use cases., Design, build, and support Workday Adaptive Planning models for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Work with business and finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into planning models, dashboards, and reports.

Support workforce planning, headcount planning, expense planning, revenue planning, and scenario modeling.

Develop and maintain sheets, assumptions, versions, levels, accounts, formulas, and reports within Adaptive Planning.

Support data integration between Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday HCM/Financials, ERP systems, and other enterprise platforms.

Assist with testing, data validation, UAT, enhancements, production support, and end-user training.

6+ years of overall experience in finance systems, EPM, or planning solutions.

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.

Good understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.

Experience with workforce planning, headcount planning, opex planning, and financial planning models.

Strong reporting, dashboarding, and data validation experience.

Good communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

Experience with Workday HCM, Workday Financials, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, Anaplan, Pigment, or Oracle EPM is a plus.
