SAP Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking a Senior SAP Data Migration Specialist with 10+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration and deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, driving end-to-end data migration strategy, execution, reconciliation, validation, and cutover activities., * Define and execute end-to-end SAP data migration strategy.

• Lead migration of O2C and P2P master and transactional data.
• Perform data cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Execute mock loads, cutover planning, and production data loads.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support UAT, go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and compliant data migration into SAP S/4HANA.

• 10+ years of SAP Data Migration experience
• Strong functional expertise in O2C and P2P data domains
• Multiple SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC), Migration Object Modeler, SAP BODS, LSMW, and ETL processes
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business Partner (BP), SD, MM, and FI integration
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, validation, and cutover planning
• Expertise in master data and transactional data migration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
