Requirements

  1. Experienced AVEVA PI consultant with 10+ years of experience with the AVEVA PI software suite and its components.
  2. Hands-on experience with PI AF Hierarchy implementation, PI upgrades, Operator equipment effectiveness (OEE) and PI-MES systems integration
  3. In-depth knowledge of Asset Framework (AF), including hierarchy assessment, AF best-practice consulting, and standardization.
  4. Preferred: experience supporting and developing solutions for the energy and manufacturing domains.
  5. Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data hubs, and data lakes. Preferred: CONNECT Data Services expertise.
  6. Hands-on expertise developing custom interfaces and solutions using C# and Python.
  7. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  8. The PI consultant is responsible for collaborating with customers to design, configure, develop, test, and deploy real-time data solutions using AVEVA PI and CONNECT (or other equivalent data hubs).
  9. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuration and testing related to the PI Data Historian, including (but not limited to): a. Developing real-time data management system solutions b. Working knowledge of data hubs and advanced analytics c. PI-based dashboards (PI Vision/ProcessBook) d. PI AF Analytics, PI Notifications, PI Event Frames, and PI RtReports e. PI Interfaces: OPC DA/UA, RDBMS, PI-to-PI f. PI Adapters and Connectors

  10. Utilize management skills to define roadmaps and delivery plans for complex, high-impact projects. Preferred programming skills: C#, Python, .NET, SSIS, API/adapter calls, SQL Additional skills:

  11. Self-motivated and able to learn quickly and independently.
  12. Able to take on a project and run with it with minimal supervision.
  13. Engage with customers and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  14. Ability to provide detailed documentation for the end-to-end solution.
  15. PI System accreditation/certification from OSIsoft/AVEVA.
  16. AWS/Azure certifications (optional) Years of Experience: 12.00 Years of Experience
