Job description

We are seeking highly qualified Senior FMV Imagery Analysts in a fast-paced operational environment. This role requires experienced intelligence professionals with expertise in Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation, imagery analysis, geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), and operational mission support.

As part of a specialized intelligence team, you will provide critical analysis and actionable intelligence supporting operational planning and mission execution., * Conduct full-spectrum FMV analysis through all phases of the Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) cycle

  • Produce timely and accurate intelligence assessments using FMV, imagery, and geospatial data
  • Support operational planning and mission execution through intelligence reporting and analysis
  • Apply F3EA (Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze) methodologies to support mission objectives
  • Track targets, identify patterns, and develop actionable intelligence products
  • Deliver intelligence briefings and written reports to operational leadership
  • Support multiple DoD organizations and Special Operations missions
  • Maintain situational awareness and adapt to evolving operational requirements
  • Serve as or be prepared to deploy as an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC)

Requirements

Do you have experience in Typing?, * Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility/access (TS/SCI)

  • Minimum 4 years of recent FMV/IMINT analysis experience supporting intelligence or operational missions
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in operational or tactical intelligence, targeting, GEOINT, or related intelligence disciplines
  • Experience supporting Special Operations missions
  • Completion of U.S. Government-approved ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) training
  • Strong understanding of FMV PED processes and intelligence reporting standards
  • Experience with geospatial analysis methodologies and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in high-tempo, mission-focused environments
  • Typing proficiency of 35+ WPM
  • Active U.S. Passport with ability to travel internationally, * Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Leadership experience within intelligence operations
  • Experience working with Special Operations Forces (SOF)
  • Targeting and collection management experience
  • Ability to operate independently and within cross-functional teams

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. Candidates without an active TS/SCI clearance will not be considered.
