Scrum Master

This role will serve as a Scrum Master for Internal Hosting Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. The ideal candidate will facilitate all Agile ceremonies, remove impediments to team productivity, and coach team members to foster a high-performing, self-organizing culture within a large-scale technology infrastructure environment., * Serve as Scrum Master for Internal Hosting Agile teams

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and delivery excellence
• Remove impediments and blockers that impact team productivity or delivery timelines
• Monitor team progress and flow using Agile metrics (e.g., throughput, cycle time)
• Act as a coordination point between delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Support Program Increment (PI) planning, dependency management, and cross-team alignment
• Enable Agile delivery for data center hosting, infrastructure services, and network environments
• Help teams identify and manage risks, dependencies, and operational impacts

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or delivery lead
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience working with infrastructure, network services, or hosting-related technologies
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive team performance in complex environments
• This role requires a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days a week on-site

Desired skills:

• Experience within Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) or Network Services organizations
• Familiarity with Internal Hosting, data center, or cloud infrastructure domains
• Experience supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and PI planning
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master - CSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
