Job description
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
- Track project progress using tools like Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, development, QA, and external vendors.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and overall project health.
- Conduct status meetings, reporting, and escalation management.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Remove team impediments and promote Agile best practices.
- Work with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown charts) and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Experience in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and budget tracking.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks is preferred.
