This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing industry and gain hands-on experience in structured cabling and fiber environments., * Pull, route, dress, and label Cat5e/Cat6 cable following industry standards (TIA/EIA)

• Assist with RJ45 terminations and patch panel work
• Perform basic punch-downs for telecom systems with training and guidance
• Support cable labeling, organization, and identification processes
• Assist with cable testing using tools like Fluke and EXFO (training provided)
• Gain exposure to fiber optic cable handling and routing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Basic experience or familiarity with:

• Cat5 / Cat6 cable installation

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail, + Cable termination or punch-downs
• Construction, warehouse, or labor-intensive roles
• Interest in building a career in telecommunications, data centers, or IT infrastructure, * Must be able to work at all three locations: Dublin, Hilliard, and New Albany
• Must not have previously been employed on-site (including warehouse or delivery roles)
• Ability to pass required onboarding screenings, * Entry-level candidates looking to break into IT, telecom, or data center work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
