Job Summary We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Data Center Cable Technicians. This position is responsible for assisting with the installation, routing, labeling, and organization of network and fiber optic cabling within data center environments.
Previous cabling experience is preferred but not required.
We are open to candidates with hands-on backgrounds in construction, electrical work, low-voltage systems, warehouse operations, manufacturing, installation services, or other mechanically inclined roles. If you enjoy working with your hands, following detailed instructions, and being part of a team, we’d like to hear from you., Preferred Experience:
Structured cabling experience (copper or fiber)
Data center, telecommunications, or low-voltage installation experience,Construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or other hands-on trade experience
Required Skills:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and pay attention to detail
Comfortable working in active construction or data center environments
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic familiarity with hand tools
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
