Job description

Carries out and facilitates Scrum events, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, supporting the Product Owner, and driving continuous improvement. Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum framework, creating a conducive environment for the team’s success, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience as scrum master or project manager
  • Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and sound decision-making
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute within a team environment
  • Strong growth mindset, with a focus on agility and continuous development of self and others
  • Ability to execute and deliver results, including effective planning, implementation, and ongoing support, * Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
