Job description

Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Hartford, CT:

Mgr,Scrum Master to plan and guide technology projects to improve technical capabilities related to technical project management. Duties include: develop software solutions to meet business requirements and assist with project execution coordination to ensure adherence to schedule and scope; assess feasibility of solutions design and prepare technical design documentation; plan stages of application development to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; provide program and project oversight, direction, and administration across full project lifecycles, including team formation, planning, requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and warranty support, on medium to large projects; write and review high quality code and perform unit and/or automation testing; confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems; monitor progress milestones and deliverables; support applications, systems, and databases used for healthcare activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. Requirements

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following:

Java or J2EE;

Web services and technologies;

Project management, including coordinating with other functional teams; and

requirements gathering, system analysis and performing end-user requirement analysis.

Position also requires at least two (2) years of experience with each of the following:

Resource management, including preparing plan for people, space, and infrastructure; and

leading team coordination and stakeholder management, including co-ordinate and manage the expectations and relationships with all the internal and external stakeholders.

Benefits & conditions

Pay Range: $147430.00/year to $203940.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
