Senior Technical Lead

DUTIES: Incedo, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for our Florham Park, NJ location. Responsibilities include: Architectural Design and System Scalability; Technical Leadership and Team Mentorship; Feedback and contribute to user requirements, specifications, prototypes and design specifications; Feasibility Studies and Technical Specifications; Coding Standards and Architectural Improvements; Develop and maintain all layers of solution stack; Contribute to the definition, scope and phasing of project timelines; and Monitoring Application Performance.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, REQUIREMENTS: Qualified applicants must have Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or acceptable alternate occupation. Experience must include: Developing enterprise applications using Java (8 or later) and object-oriented design principles; Building and supporting RESTful APIs/services using the Spring Framework/Spring Boot or equivalent; Implementing workflow/process automation using BPMN/workflow engines and/or business rules engines; Using messaging/integration patterns with message brokers/queues (e.g., RabbitMQ or equivalent); Designing/maintaining batch or scheduled processing using batch/scheduling frameworks (e.g., Spring Batch, Quartz, or equivalent); Developing relational databases using SQL and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate/JPA or equivalent), including performance tuning/query optimization; Building, deploying, or operating applications on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, RDS) or equivalent cloud platforms; Using CI/CD pipelines, source control, and build tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle, or equivalent); Working with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes, or equivalent) and Production support: monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning for enterprise systems. Telecommuting permitted when not at client site.
