Are You an Advanced Epicor Developer Ready for Your Next Challenge? We’re looking for an experienced Epicor ERP Developer to join a growing manufacturing organization. This is not a traditional IT support role-we’re seeking someone with advanced Epicor development expertise who can build solutions, customize workflows, create reports, and drive ERP improvements across the business.

If you’re an Epicor power user with experience in Crystal Reports, BPMs, SSRS Reports, BAQs, and ERP customization, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do Develop, customize, and enhance the Epicor ERP system Design and maintain Crystal Reports, SSRS Reports, BAQs, dashboards, and BPMs Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Inventory, Quality, Finance, and Shipping teams to improve business processes Troubleshoot complex Epicor ERP issues and implement long-term solutions Support ERP upgrades, testing, system enhancements, and data integrity initiatives Create user documentation and provide technical guidance to end users Assist with IT infrastructure support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows environments, and manufacturing technologies as needed

Do you have experience in System development?, Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience Experience supporting shop floor technology, barcode scanners, production systems, and ERP integrations Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments, * Advanced Epicor ERP development experience

• Hands-on experience with:
• Crystal Reports
• BPM (Business Process Management)
• SSRS Reports
• BAQs and Dashboards
• Experience supporting Epicor in a manufacturing environment
• Strong SQL and reporting skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users
