Epicor ERP Systems Analyst

Responsibilities of the Epicor ERP Systems Analyst will include:

• Review the current Epicor ERP environment and evaluate existing workflows and business processes.
• Partner with project managers, accounting, operations, and leadership to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
• Improve visibility into project status, job costing, scheduling, change orders, invoicing readiness, and project closeout activities.
• Design, develop, and enhance reports, dashboards, workflows, alerts, and tracking tools within Epicor.
• Assist with C# customizations, integrations, and system enhancements where appropriate.
• Recommend practical solutions that improve operational efficiency and user adoption.
• Support project management workflows to better align Epicor with day-to-day business operations.
• Train end users on new functionality and best practices.
• Document completed enhancements, outstanding items, and recommendations for future improvements.

Our client is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Systems Analyst for a 3-6 month contract to help optimize and enhance its existing Epicor ERP system. This is a highly collaborative, business-focused role that will work directly with project managers, operations, accounting, and leadership to improve workflows, reporting, job visibility, and operational efficiency.

This is not a general IT support or help desk position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and workflow optimization, with the ability to translate operational needs into practical Epicor solutions through configuration, reporting, dashboards, automation, integrations, and C# customizations where appropriate., * Previous experience working with Epicor ERP strongly preferred.

• Experience as an ERP Systems Analyst, ERP Developer, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience developing or enhancing reports, dashboards, workflows, alerts, automations, and integrations.
• C# development or customization experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, construction, project-based, field service, or job-costing environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes, project workflows, and operational reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with non-technical users to gather requirements and deliver practical system improvements.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment., * ERP systems or development: 1 year (Required)
