The Role As a Software Project Manager - Life Sciences, you will manage enterprise software implementation projects for clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. This is not generic project delivery. You will work in a high-value industry where digital transformation, regulation, patient safety, data quality and operational resilience all intersect. Life sciences technology is a strong career niche for software project managers. • Lead enterprise software projects for life sciences and pharma clients
• Manage project plans, risks, actions, issues and dependencies
• Maintain controlled documentation across the project lifecycle
• Coordinate clients, technical teams and external delivery partners
• Support delivery governance aligned to regulated and GxP environments
• Improve project processes across compliance-led software delivery

Must-Have

• Experience in software project management or IT project delivery
• Involvement in enterprise software or technology implementation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
• Confidence managing documentation, governance, risks and delivery plans

• Experience in structured, regulated or compliance-led environments Nice-to-Have

• Awareness of life sciences, pharmaceutical technology or GxP environments
• Project management qualification or progress toward certification
• Academic background in technology, business or a related subject
• Experience working with international clients or external delivery partners
