• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems in Salesforce, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Support configuration tasks including workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and help document technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support deployments through established change management processes.
• Maintain compliance with federal security, accessibility, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and agency policies.

• Foundational knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, LWC, or similar).
• Understanding of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities.
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn in a structured environment.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I).
