Job description

We’re seeking a hands-on FHIR Data Analyst to lead implementation initiatives, supporting design, build, testing, and deployment of FHIR-based data solutions. The role involves mapping healthcare data domains (Member, Eligibility, Coverage, Claims, Prior Authorization, Clinical) to FHIR resources, applying IGs (US Core, Da Vinci, CARIN), and collaborating on FHIR API design and validation., * FHIR Implementation * Build mappings, resource definitions, extensions, and value sets.

API Collaboration * Work with architects on payloads, search parameters, and versioning.
Conformance Validation * Use validators, test servers, and reference implementations.
Data Quality * Support normalization, transformation, and reconciliation across systems.
Testing & Documentation * Participate in unit/integration/UAT, produce mappings, specs, and test scenarios.

Requirements

5+ years healthcare data/systems analysis; 2+ years hands-on FHIR projects.
Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4/R5, IGs (US Core, Da Vinci, CARIN).
Experience with HL7 v2, CDA, X12, REST APIs, JSON, Postman.
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
