Migration Manager

Job Description Migration Manager: We are seeking an experienced Migration Manager to lead and coordinate application migration activities from on-premises environments to AWS Outposts. The role is responsible for managing migration pods, coordinating cross-functional teams including infrastructure, application, security, networking, database, and operations teams, and driving end-to-end migration execution with minimal business disruption. The candidate should have strong experience in cloud migration programs, hybrid infrastructure, Agile delivery, risk and issue management, migration planning, cutover coordination, and stakeholder communication. Experience with AWS services, Linux/Windows platforms, VMware, networking, and enterprise migration governance is preferred. The role also requires tracking migration progress, managing dependencies, ensuring operational readiness, and driving successful delivery of migration waves within timelines and quality standards.
