SAP EAM Senior Managing Consultant-East Lansing, MI

Seeking an experienced SAP EAM Senior Managing Consultant with 10+ years of SAP consulting experience and 6+ years of expertise in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong Utilities industry experience and hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM, Asset Intelligence Network (AIN), Asset Strategy & Performance Management (ASPM), and SAP Work Manager/Fiori. Responsibilities include leading SAP EAM transformation programs, defining solution roadmaps, providing executive-level advisory services, managing end-to-end project delivery, and leading cross-functional teams. Experience with asset-intensive industries, Intelligent Asset Management, GIS/IoT integrations, and stakeholder management is highly preferred. Required Skills:

• 10+ years of SAP Consulting experience
• 6+ years in SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance
• SAP S/4HANA EAM
• SAP AIN, ASPM, SAP Work Manager/Fiori
• Utilities industry experience
• SAP transformation and program leadership
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

• Intelligent Asset Management (IAM)
• GIS, IoT, Predictive Maintenance integrations
• Master’s degree or MBA
• SAP Certifications
