Job description

We are seeking a strong Front-End Developer with hands-on experience in React and modern JavaScript frameworks. This individual will be responsible for building user-facing features, enhancing application performance, and supporting modernization initiatives across our technology stack. The role requires proactive engagement with users to refine requirements and collaboration with the team to ensure project completion., * Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js.

  • Create and manage REST API services utilizing Spring Boot and Jersey.
  • Write and optimize PL/SQL queries and programs within an Oracle database environment.
  • Code data access logic using Spring Boot.
  • Implement and manage transactions, including XA transactions and connection pooling.
  • Work within CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
  • Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles using JUnit or an equivalent framework.
  • Engage with users to refine requirements and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with React.js, including hooks and functional components.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle DB, including PL/SQL queries and programming.
  • 3+ years of working experience with a Web/J2EE application server such as Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss EAP 7.1.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in developing REST API services using Spring Boot and Jersey.
  • Experience coding data access logic with Spring Boot.
  • Expertise in REST principles, resource-oriented architecture, and transaction management.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles.
  • Experience with TDD using frameworks like JUnit.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience with the Angular framework and Kendo UI.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and identifying memory leaks.
