Job description
The Program Integration Lead is responsible for the integration of hospital-based provider services into both hospital operations and service line organizational structure. This role acts as the primary liaison between hospital leadership and service line leadership, ensuring alignment, operational readiness, and successful execution of strategic initiatives from announcement of site activation through stabilization phases. The Lead is onsite during the integration phase for new programs in the Hospital Based Services organization which includes emergency medicine, hospital medicine, Intensive care, anesthesia, pathology, and radiology., * Plan and execute integration strategies across hospital and service line operations.
- Align hospital, division, and group operations with HBS operating models and performance metrics.
- Coordinate Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs), touchpoints, and integration meetings across hospital, division, and group levels.
- Design, implement, and refine processes and workflows to enhance provider experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop and monitor integration plans, timelines, and deliverables; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

- Travel to hospital sites for integration activities and training.
- Must be familiar with healthcare concepts, practices, and procedures as it relates to Providers in hospital-based services.
- Maintain effective team relationships related to credentialing, scheduling, and compensation platforms, holding them accountable for contractual delivery.
- Build, communicate, and continuously refine a vision and strategy for how we efficiently deliver hospital-based services and build loyalty for our services.
- Identify, recommend, and advocate for process and technology improvements to standardize and improve how we engage with our providers through engagements with IT and other relevant partnerships.
- Build a culture of high performance, customer focus, and continuous improvement through transparent leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, program implementation, and project management.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
