Job description

The Integration Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the successful execution of healthcare acquisitions from planning through post-go-live stabilization. Serving as the central point of coordination, this role leads weekly integration meetings, manages project timelines, tracks milestones, and ensures cross-functional teams remain aligned and accountable throughout the integration process. The Project Manager works closely with executive leadership and stakeholders across Operations, Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Compliance, and Business Development to drive successful integrations while minimizing operational disruption., * Coordinate all phases of healthcare acquisitions from pre-close planning through post-go-live stabilization.

  • Lead weekly integration meetings, document meeting minutes, action items, decisions, and follow-up activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor integration project plans, timelines, milestones, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional integration activities and ensure departmental deliverables are completed within established timelines.
  • Follow up with department leaders to drive accountability and maintain project momentum throughout the integration process.
  • Identify project risks, remove roadblocks when possible, and escalate critical issues to leadership as needed.
  • Maintain integration dashboards, status reports, and executive updates to communicate project progress.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the organization’s Integration Playbook and standardized integration processes.
  • Assist with post-integration evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of healthcare operations, project management, or integration experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
