Job description

A client in the DC area is looking to add a Junior Data Analyst to join their team. This position is in support of the HR division for a government customer. In this position you will be responsible for working with the end client to gather data and information and putting this data into readable dashboards and reports. This is not a highly technical role but does require candidates to be well versed in gathering and analyzing data.

Requirements

5+ years of Experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field

Experience working as a consultant to a government customer

Strong Excel experience

Experience using PowerApps, PowerAutomate, or PowerBI to build out dashboards

Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to work with end users to gather data

Active Top Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree or higher (will consider experience in lieu of degree for a total of 7 YOE) Experience building dashboards with PowerBI, PowerAutomate, or MS Forms

Python scripting experience

Experience utilizing python for data cleansing

Higher education in a Business or Math related field

Experience supporting DOJ
