The Power Platform Developer develops and implements scalable, interactive, and accurate dashboards for enterprise users. This role identifies and implements continuous improvements in reporting and analytics. This role maintains and enhances existing enterprise tools while designing secure and functional improvements.

Work you’ll do

As a Power Platform Developer on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power Platform and business intelligence solutions for enterprise users
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support key performance indicators, analysis, and decision-making
  • Perform data modeling, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), Power Query development, and data source integration
  • Support multiple phases of the development life cycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Use Agile tools, including Jira, to track tasks, report progress, and support project delivery

  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or application development
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, data visualization, dashboard design, and data analysis
  • Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience defining key performance indicators and reporting frameworks with business stakeholders
  • Experience performing trend analysis and identifying business insights from data
  • Experience with data modeling, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), Power Query, and data source connectivity
  • Experience supporting requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment activities for business intelligence platforms
  • Experience using Jira or a similar Agile tool to track work and report status

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000 to $188,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
