Job description

This role leads the full Amazon business with accountability for revenue, profitability, and growth strategy. You will operate as both strategist and operator, driving marketing performance while maintaining strong control over catalog, inventory, and account health. Location: Wylie, TX (onsite) · No travel requirements specified

Amazon Channel Ownership & Growth Execution

  • Full P&L ownership across Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Drive revenue through SEO, paid media, and conversion optimization
  • Own Amazon Ads: Sponsored Products, Brands, Display
  • Continuously test keywords, creatives, and listing performance
  • Lead Brand Store strategy and customer experience optimization
  • Translate performance data into actionable growth plans
  • Present insights and strategy updates to leadership

Catalog, Operations & Platform Management

  • Optimize listings: titles, bullets, A+ content, backend attributes
  • Manage catalog structure, variations, and data accuracy
  • Resolve suppressed listings and compliance issues
  • Maintain account health aligned with Amazon policies
  • Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment
  • Partner with operations on in-stock rates and fulfillment
  • Manage FBA and Vendor workflows for efficiency
  • Lead Amazon Transparency program execution
