Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Salesforce development technologies.
2. Design and support secure identity, authentication, and access management integrations.
3. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs.
4. Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, enterprise application integration, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Technical Skills

Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST APIs, Identity & Access Management (IAM), SSO/MFA, Salesforce Administration

Business / Domain Skills

CRM Solutions, Identity Management, Enterprise Security, Application Integration, Business Process Support, Stakeholder Collaboration

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience implementing enterprise identity and authentication solutions.
2. Salesforce Platform Developer and/or IAM-related certifications are preferred.
