Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications, forms, workflows, and custom components to support business requirements.
2. Design and implement Apex code, SOQL queries, and platform enhancements while ensuring system performance and stability.
3. Troubleshoot application issues, perform bug fixes, and support ongoing system maintenance and production operations.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, application customization, and enterprise application support.

Technical Skills

Salesforce, Salesforce Administration, SQL, Application Configuration, REST APIs, Git

Business / Domain Skills

Business Process Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Application Support, Stakeholder Collaboration, Problem Solving, Agile Methodology

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience developing and administering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
