Job description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation and vendor management. The ideal candidate will manage system integrators and SAP partners, drive vendor governance, oversee contracts, SLAs/KPIs, risks, dependencies, and ensure successful delivery across SAP workstreams.

Requirements

8 12 years of Technical Program Management experience * SAP S/4HANA Transformation Programs * Vendor Management (System Integrators & SAP Partners) * SAP Modules: FI/CO, MM, SD * Vendor Governance, SLAs, KPIs & Escalation Management * Risk, Dependency & Stakeholder Management * Data Migration, System Integration * SIT, UAT, Testing & Cutover Planning * Contract, Change Request & Commercial Management * Cross-functional Program Delivery * Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills * Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Supply Chain domain * SAP Activate Methodology * Agile/SAFe delivery * Azure or AWS exposure in SAP environments * PMP, SAFe, or SAP S/4HANA Certification * Process Optimization & Cost Management
