Sr. SAP Technical Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical integration delivery as part of a large-scale SAP transformation.

The immediate priority will be coordinating the integration of dependent applications into the QS6 quality environment to enable upcoming release and integration testing. The role is broader than QS6 and will provide ongoing technical project leadership across SAP, middleware, integrated applications, environments, testing, and future releases.

This individual will own the integrated technical delivery plan, ensuring teams are aligned on milestones, dependencies, critical path, environment readiness, testing readiness, risks, defects, and deployment activities.

This is not a hands-on architect or engineering role. The successful candidate needs enough technical depth to challenge teams, understand integration dependencies, identify risks early, and translate technical delivery issues into clear business impact and decisions.

7+ years of Technical Project Management or Program Management experience

• Significant experience leading complex systems integration delivery

• Strong SAP/ERP transformation experience

• Experience coordinating integrations into and out of SAP environments

• Experience working across middleware, application, SAP, infrastructure, architecture, and testing teams

• Ability to develop and own an integrated technical project plan, including milestones, dependencies, sequencing, and critical path

• Experience managing environment and testing readiness, including SIT/UAT dependencies

• Strong RAID management and demonstrated ability to drive cross-team issues through resolution

• Experience driving cross-system defect triage and resolution

• Ability to identify upstream/downstream dependencies and understand their impact on release milestones

• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into business impact, options, risks, and decisions

• Proven ability to drive accountability across teams and vendors without direct authority - SAP S/4HANA transformation experience

• Order-to-Cash experience

• Experience coordinating large numbers of application interfaces

• SAP BTP / Integration Suite, PI/PO, CPI or comparable middleware exposure

• Fortune 500 transformation experience

• Experience managing system integrators, consulting partners, or offshore teams

• Supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, or building-materials industry experience

• PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification

• Experience with multi-wave deployments and complex enterprise release environments
