SC Cleared Product Owner - Cyber Training Services Remote based role 12 month contract - 3 year programme Inside of IR35£500 per day My client, a prominent organisation within the defence sector, is seeking an SC Cleared Product Owner with strong Agile delivery experience . This role will play a key part in advancing the client’s capabilities in Cyber Technology, ensuring alignment with current industry standards and identifying strategic opportunities for integrating cyber solutions across the business. Duties to Include Product Vision & Strategy: Support the development of and communicate a clear vision of the training products that aligns with DCO client objectives and FLC needs. Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and analysis to inform the strategic roadmap and provide insight on potential training product features that provide value to customers Product Backlog Management: Create well-defined product backlog items and prioritise them within the team

backlog to ensure timely and impactful product delivery. Provide effective solutions that are valuable, viable to our client’s, usable and feasible to implement. Agile Collaboration: Lead and engage actively in agile ceremonies, fostering a culture of continuous iteration and feedback. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the successful delivery of the product. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for the training products, communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and contribute to enhancing processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness of the development teams. Identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our clients and their capabilities through research and discovery Requirements / Skills Solid experience as Product owner or Product manager in Agile environment Should be having good knowledge of Agile-scrum or SAFe (Scaled agile) methodology Must have played role of Agile Product Owner (PO) or Product manager in past Live SC Clearance Experience in the Defence sector. An understanding of the Defence Structured Approach to Training (DSAT) model and JSP822. This is desirable experience, but can be learnt. If you are available and interested, please apply today!
