Senior 2nd Line IT Support Engineer

As a Senior 2nd Line Engineer, you’ll act as a key escalation point for the Service Desk, taking ownership of more complex technical issues while supporting a diverse client base. You’ll bridge the gap between 2nd and 3rd Line, working on both BAU support and infrastructure projects., * Provide high-quality 2nd Line technical support to a range of business clients.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop, server and network issues.
• Escalate and collaborate with the 3rd Line team where required.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations and project work.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments, Azure and Windows Server technologies.
• Maintain excellent customer service and regular client communication.
• Produce clear technical documentation and update service tickets.
• Mentor junior engineers where appropriate and share technical knowledge.

• Salary of £37,000 - £43,000 depending on experience.
