Data Engineer - Azure/ADF

In this Sr. Data Engineer role, you’ll design and develop solutions on Azure and Azure services like ADF, leading the effort to build and sustain robust, large-scale data infrastructure that delivers secure, dependable data solutions across the enterprise., * Build and sustain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory

• Develop and refine data solutions across Azure SQL, SQL Server, and related Azure data services
• Establish CI/CD workflows for data engineering using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Apply data modeling techniques to support analytics and reporting needs
• Maintain pipeline performance, scalability, and data integrity
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and application teams on integration efforts
• Support deployments, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist with production support
• Adherent to organizational security, governance, and compliance standards

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory
• Strong SQL skills (Azure SQL or SQL Server)
• Proven track record designing solutions within MS Azure cloud environments
• Hands-on experience building and deploying CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
• Solid grasp of data modeling principles both dimensional and relational
• Familiarity with version control tools and Agile delivery practices, * Synapse Analytics, Databricks, or Data Lake exposure
• Experience with streaming data via Azure Event Hubs
• Background supporting reporting/analytics platforms, including Power BI
• Working knowledge of data governance or data quality frameworks

Education: Preference (not required) for a Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
