Job description

Want to build the kind of data platforms that teams trust and use every day? In this Sr. Data Engineer role, you’ll design and develop solutions on Azure and Azure services like ADF, leading the effort to build and sustain robust, large-scale data infrastructure that delivers secure, dependable data solutions across the enterprise., * Build and sustain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory

  • Develop and refine data solutions across Azure SQL, SQL Server, and related Azure data services
  • Establish CI/CD workflows for data engineering using Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Apply data modeling techniques to support analytics and reporting needs
  • Maintain pipeline performance, scalability, and data integrity
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and application teams on integration efforts
  • Support deployments, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist with production support
  • Adherent to organizational security, governance, and compliance standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory
  • Strong SQL skills (Azure SQL or SQL Server)
  • Proven track record designing solutions within MS Azure cloud environments
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
  • Solid grasp of data modeling principles both dimensional and relational
  • Familiarity with version control tools and Agile delivery practices, * Synapse Analytics, Databricks, or Data Lake exposure
  • Experience with streaming data via Azure Event Hubs
  • Background supporting reporting/analytics platforms, including Power BI
  • Working knowledge of data governance or data quality frameworks

Education: Preference (not required) for a Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
