Data Engineer - Azure

Want to build the kind of data platforms that teams actually trust and use every day? In this Sr. Data Engineer role, you’ll design & develop solutions for their Azure platform and for Azure Services like ADF. You’ll lead the effort to design and sustain robust, large-scale data infrastructure built on MS Azure with the goal of delivering secure, dependable data solutions that meet enterprise-wide demands., * Build and sustain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory

• Develop and refine data solutions across Azure SQL, SQL Server, and related Azure data services
• Establish CI/CD workflows for data engineering tasks using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Apply data modeling techniques to support analytics and reporting needs
• Maintain pipeline performance, scalability, and data integrity
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and application teams on integration efforts
• Support deployments, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist with production support
• Adhere to organizational security, governance, and compliance standards

• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory
• Strong SQL skills (Azure SQL or SQL Server)
• Proven track record crafting solutions within MS Azure cloud environments
• Practical experience building and deploying CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
• Solid grasp of data modeling principles, both dimensional and relational
• Familiarity with version control tools and Agile delivery practices, * Exposure to complementary Azure tools such as Synapse Analytics, Databricks, or Data Lake
• Experience handling streaming data via Azure Event Hubs
• Background supporting reporting or analytics platforms, including Power BI dashboard development
• Working knowledge of data governance or data quality frameworks

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
