Product Designer - Fintech SaaS - London - £60-70k + Equity - Shape the Future of Design Here at Venchr, we’re looking for a creative, curious, and ambitious Product Designers to join a growing fintech that’s changing how businesses move money across borders. You’ll be stepping in as the first and only designer, with the freedom to shape the entire design function - from building design systems to creating beautiful, intuitive experiences that make complex financial products simple. What you’ll be doing: Collaborating with product, engineering, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life Designing seamless user experiences across web and mobile Running user research and testing to make sure our products genuinely help users Building and maintaining our design system Advocating for design best practices and accessibility across the team What we’re looking for: 5+ years’ experience in product or UX/UI design A portfolio that shows strong design thinking and real impact Proficiency in

Figma (or similar tools) Experience working on SaaS or B2B products (fintech is a bonus!)
