Job description

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Java-based applications, contributing to the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment and beyond. This role is ideal for a passionate developer looking to further their career in a challenging and rewarding environment., * Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
  • Proficiency in Java SE (Standard Edition) and Java EE (Enterprise Edition)
  • Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
  • Familiarity with SQL and databases such as MySQL
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
  • Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum

Desirable

  • Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
