This is a crucial position, focused on maintaining and enhancing business-critical post-production systems used by editors, dubbing mixers and production teams to deliver high-quality content under tight operational deadlines.

You’ll play a central role in supporting Avid-based production infrastructure, troubleshooting complex workflow issues, and driving improvements across editorial and audio production environments.

What you’ll do

  • Support and maintain Avid production environments including Media Composer, NEXIS, Interplay PAM, Cloud UX and Pro Tools.
  • Provide technical support for editorial, audio post-production and dubbing workflows.
  • Troubleshoot complex application, workflow, storage and infrastructure issues.
  • Support Adobe Premiere Pro users and associated production workflows.
  • Manage shared storage environments, workspaces, permissions and media management processes.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure uninterrupted delivery of time-critical content.
  • Participate in system upgrades, workflow improvements and technology projects.
  • Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures and workflow guides.

Requirements

  • Strong experience supporting Avid Media Composer, NEXIS, Interplay PAM and Pro Tools environments.
  • Experience supporting Adobe Premiere Pro within professional production environments.
  • Strong understanding of post-production, editorial and audio workflows.
  • Knowledge of shared storage, media management and project/workspace administration.
  • Understanding of media formats, codecs, transcoding and file-based workflows.
  • Experience supporting both users and backend production systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in broadcast, post-production, media services or content production environments.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management abilities.
