Job description

We’re hiring a Product Owner to drive delivery and measurable customer outcomes in an industrial software environment. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to turn operational needs into clear requirements, shipped features, and improvements that move retention and value., * Own the backlog and day-to-day execution: write clear tickets, define acceptance criteria, unblock delivery

  • Turn customer problems into actionable requirements and prioritized work packages
  • Run discovery in a pragmatic way: clarify workflows, constraints, data realities, edge cases
  • Coordinate across engineering, customer-facing teams and stakeholders to ship reliably
  • Validate outcomes: ensure what ships works in real customer environments and drives measurable impact
  • Maintain documentation/playbooks so knowledge doesn’t live in people’s heads

Requirements

  • 4-7 years experience as Product Owner / Implementation lead in industrial or operational software
  • Strong domain knowledge: factories, production processes, quality, maintenance, throughput, downtime, etc.
  • Comfortable with messy enterprise reality: multiple stakeholders, partial data, changing constraints
  • Able to write high-quality requirements that engineers can implement without guesswork
  • Outcome-oriented: you think in impact metrics, adoption and retention, not feature lists
  • Confident communicator with both operators and engineers, * Experience with MES / ERP / SCADA / industrial analytics tools
  • Basic technical literacy: SQL, APIs, data pipelines (enough to ask good questions)
  • Experience working with AI/analytics products in industrial settings
